Eye Makeup Application

MASCARA! Most women rate it as very high on the list of makeup products they say they can't leave home without. Applying mascara is also very straightforward-no great need for experimentation. Although there is no real secret applying it, I will share some valuable information that will definitely perfect your makeup application.

First and foremost, curling your eyelashes is an extremely effective makeup technique. It doesn't hurt and doesn't involve any fancy equipment. The results are dramatic and instantaneous. Curling your lashes can be a complete eye-opener, especially for women with straight lashes. For those who already have a little curl, amplifying it can make you look more awake.

Most women wear black mascara. In some cases, very fair women may opt for a brown color but to be quite honest, I prefer using black on everyone. It allows for a little more intensity.

Here is the step by step guide on application. Be sure to read ALL the tips included below. You might be very surprised at what you learn.

CURLING LASHES & APPLYING MASCARA:

1- Curl your lashes FIRST, look straight ahead in a mirror and press eyelash curler down for approximately 5-10 secs.

2- Repeat this step by walking the curler along the length of the lashes 2-3 times. This will prevent the look of a single steep fold at the base.

***For more CURL, heat your curler with a hairdryer beforehand. This works WONDERS for those stubborn lashes! Be careful however, not to burn your upper lid.***

3-Take your mascara wand and start application at BASE of lashes.

4- If necessary, brush them with a lash comb and repeat application.
