HOW TO PREPARE YOUR EYES FOR EYE MAKEUP APPLICATION:
1- Follow skin preparation and skin care guide. 2- Apply foundation , concealer if desired. 3- Follow procedure for dark under eye circles if necessary. 4- Be sure to set your foundation and/or concealer with loose powder. Use a big powder brush to dust on your powder SPARINGLY!This is a VERY IMPORTANT STEP. This step prevents "caking" of any products applied on your eyes.
